First debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden was largely marked by interruptions and name-calling; protestors gathered outside of the debate venue in Cleveland, remaining largely peaceful; Gov. Mike Dewine voiced his support for Trump, while former Gov. John Kasich says he thinks Joe Biden will carry the perennial battleground state; Dewine spokesman says limits on alcohol sales meant to stem the spread of COVID-19 are now under review.
