PATASKALA, Ohio — As many as nine vehicles were involved in a crash that closed a portion of state Route 161 in
Licking County on Monday morning.
It occurred at about 9 a.m. along S.R. 161 near state Route 310.
No one was injured in the wreck, but authorities closed S.R. 161 in both directions for several hours, 10TV News reported.
Some of the motorists said weather and slippery roads were factors.
"If we would have seen at least one car we would have slowed down," said Nate Culberson. "But we couldn't even see out here."
Authorities said they were searching for a driver that was involved in the crash but fled the scene.
